Clarivate 百大創新榜 2021 台五企業上榜與韓並列第三

權威科研及智權資料庫服務商 ClarivateTM (科睿唯安) 日前發布 2021年全球百大創新機構 (Top 100 Global Innovators™) 榜單，其中，美國與日本企業機構，總數分別為42、29家遙遙領先，穩坐創新大國，台灣與韓國並列第三，今年上榜台企上升到五家。

此外，今年適逢百大創新評選十周年，報告也找出一直在榜上的全球 29 家企業，讓好奇讀者有機會揣摩「創新領航者（Innovation Pioneers）」的樣貌。

TOPTEAM Keeps Tier 1 Ranking in Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2021

In the newly released 2021 edition of the Legal 500 Asia Pacific guide, TOPTEAM has kept its “Tier 1 ” record in the “Intellectual Property – Prosecution, Taiwan” category. Our firm has held the top tier ranking for the 8th consecutive year since 2013. TOPTEAM is also included in the “Intellectual Property” ranking for the 2nd time, holding the “Tier 2” position.

擔心品牌「所託非人」?
台推「商標代理人」登錄管理制度

2011年台灣比照國際間做法，刪除了《商標法》中限定由「商標師」來代理商標註冊等相關事務的規定；然而，放寬商標代理人的資格後，卻出現代理服務良莠不齊、削價競爭、也無法可管的情況。

主管機關經濟部智慧財產局（TIPO）因而推動修法，明文規定商標代理人資格、執業範圍、及登錄管理制度，方便民眾查詢參考，目標 2021年由立法院三讀通過。這部《商標法部分條文修正草案》的未來影響及潛在爭議，本所以下簡要分析。
