研議多時的商標法修正草案，於民國112年5月9日經立法院三讀通過部分條文修正案，本次修正重點為：新增加速審查機制、建立商標代理人管理制度、明定指示性合理使用不會構成侵權疑慮之情形。

The Legislative Yuan passed third reading to “amendments to certain articles of the Trademark Act” on May 9th, 2023. The key amendments include adding of an accelerated examination mechanism, the establishment of a trademark agent management system, and the clarification that nominative fair use does not constitute infringement.
